WESTMINSTER — Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding the driver who struck and critically injured a motorcyclist in Westminster before fleeing the scene.

The vehicle suspected in the crash is described as a dark-colored 2005-2007 Toyota Scion TC, which now has moderate to front-end damage and a missing front grill.
