A man accused of pulling up to the window of a drive-thru coffee hut in Falcon while fondling himself turned himself in Wednesday.

Jose Ramon Visbal Martinez, 43, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.

A female employee reported that a man driving a white pickup had repeatedly driven up to the window Tuesday afternoon while fondling himself, according to the Sheriff's Office.

He returned on Wednesday and again began exposing himself, according to the Sheriff's Office. The employee refused to serve him, so he left, but photos of him and his truck's license plate were captured on security cameras.

Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for the man, identified as Martinez, and about 7 p.m. Wednesday, he turned himself in.

If anyone is aware of similar incidents involving a man in a white Ford F-150, they are asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at 390-5555.
