A Colorado Springs man was arrested on suspicion of felony menacing after police said he threatened patrons at Jack Quinn's Pub downtown Sunday night.
Billy Ray Rodriguez, 29, was held at the El Paso County jail on a $2,000 bond Monday morning, records show.
According to police, Rodriguez approached two people seated at a table outside the Irish pub around 10:30 p.m. and threatened them with a 12-inch kitchen knife.
Rodriguez allegedly slammed the knife on the table violently and raised the blade above his head, then threatened to attack other patrons.
Police used a stun gun to subdue Rodriguez, who was described as combative, and took him into custody.
There were no injuries reported during the altercation.
