Jeff Francis' first start for the Sky Sox looked painfully like the ones that got him sent down by the parent Colorado Rockies.

Francis was tagged for six runs on nine hits and three walks in just three innings as Colorado Springs was beaten 20-4 by the Sacramento River Cats Sunday at Raley Field in Sacramento.

Sky Sox outfielder Tim Wheeler continued to emerge from a lengthy slump by hitting a two-run home run - his first homer of the season. The former first-round draft pick was hitting .198 on June 12, but has hit .309 over the past 11 games to raise his season average to .230.

Four Sky Sox relievers were tagged for 14 runs over five innings.

Stephen Vogt and Scott Moore each had five RBIs for Sacramento.
