People have been traipsing all over Colorado Springs parks lately, hunting for clues, taking pictures and getting some exercise in the Second Annual Gazette Thanksgiving Scavenger Hunt.

Readers who submit answers to our clues and questions will be entered into a drawing to win five pairs of lift tickets for ski area Monarch Mountain and two $25 gift cards from gear shop Mountain Chalet.

As of late last week, nearly 30 had submitted entries, so the odds of winning are much better than buying lottery tickets or betting on the ponies.

If you missed the scavenger hunt guide in the Nov. 28 Out There section, it's not too late. You'll find the directions and visual clues at OutThereColorado.com/scavengerhunt.

Get out there and send the answers to srappold@gazette.com by 5 p.m. Monday to be eligible for the drawing.
