Bodies of two women and one man were being removed on Thanksgiving from a house in Rye that caught fire Wednesday morning, authorities said.
A team of investigators determined that the fire had more than one point or origin, and as suspected, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and Pueblo County Sheriff's Office determined the cause was arson.
Recovery workers had a difficult time reaching the bodies because the roof and first floors of the home partially collapsed into the basement.
The Pueblo County Coroner will conduct an autopsy on Friday.
Investigators are still looking for a person of interest, 59-year-old Harry Mapps, who previously lived in the home, which is in the 8200 block of Highway 165.
