Pueblo police alongside the Colorado Bureau of Investigation Gaming Agents made a bust in connection to an illegal gaming operation on Wednesday.

Investigators executed a search warrant at the Rush Coffee Co. in the 1100 block of S. Prairie Ave. where they seized a number of illegal gaming units. The seizure consisted of fish games, illegal gambling devices disguised as arcade games. The search warrant marks the second operation following a bust of three other locations in Pueblo on March 15.

One man was arrested, police did not release his identity. Owners of the establishment are facing zoning and tax violations as well as various misdemeanor gambling charges which are being referred to the district attorney’s office.
