'Human Being' photo exhibit is a marriage of art, science, history

"Human Being," a photo series by internationally recognized artist Andrea Modica now on exhibit at the Fulginiti Pavilion for Bioethics and Humanities at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, explores the "essential questions about the human experience, who we are and how we care for one another," said Therese Jones, director of the Arts and Humanities in Healthcare Program at the school's Center for Bioethics and Humanities. "Our hope is that it will engage health professionals and the greater community in a dialogue about the ethical issues in contemporary health care, and piece together the story of what happened in our own history - right here in Colorado."
