Edward Roy Duncan was six years older than Fannie Mae Bragg when they married shortly after her graduation from Colorado Springs High School in 1938. He was a cook and supported her efforts to build a business, working along side her at the Cotton Club until his death at age 42 in 1955. Photo is from Duncan's personal scrapbook.
