Former dry-cleaning space in downtown Springs finds new life as upscale restaurant

Carl Peterson's family have been longtime merchants in Colorado Springs for the last 100 years. In his property on N. Tejon St., there used to be a dry cleaning business called Couture's. Since then, the property has been the location of several different businesses, but has been vacant recently.
