Carl Peterson's family have been longtime merchants in Colorado Springs for the last 100 years. In his property on N. Tejon St., there used to be a dry cleaning business called Couture's. Since then, the property has been the location of several different businesses, but has been vacant recently. The restaurant will reopen as a French restaurant.A mural has been painted in one of the rooms to give the feel of a French cafe. (The Gazette/Jerilee Bennett)
