Manitou Springs shop owner Jaye Garcia (right) has been spending a lot of time digging through debris since the flood last Friday. Garcia looks away and shuts her eyes while Rachel Nelson, R.N., from El Paso County Public Health, gives her a tetanus shot. People who have been digging through the muddy debris were able to get their tetanus shots updated for free in Manitou Springs on Tuesday, April 13, 2013, thanks to El Paso County Public Health. The tetanus shot clinic will continue on Wednesday for ages 7 and up from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Historical Community Congregational Church in Manitou Springs at 103 Pawnee Ave. The shots are being given as a precautionary measure. Garcia is the owner of the Messages Jaye's Way shop. (The Gazette/Jerilee Bennett)
