Olympic Downtown Celebration 2018

People crowded the sidewalks along Tejon Street during the Olympic Downtown Celebration on Friday February 9, 2018 in Colorado Springs. Olympic speed skater Eric Heiden lit the Olympic City USA Cauldron for Friday's Olympic celebration. Heiden competed at the 1980 Winter Olympics, setting four Olympic records and one world record for speed skating. The most successful athlete from a single edition of the Olympic Winter Games.
