A rollover crash has closed southbound lanes of North Academy Boulevard near North Carefree Circle.
Colorado Springs police have asked drivers to expect delays and avoid the area.
UPDATE 9:29 a.m.
The crash on Venetucci Boulevard near The Boradmoor World Arena was a single vehicle crash. The driver swerved off the road onto the concrete underneath a bridge. Fire crews extricated her from the vehicle, since the driver's side door was blocked by the guardrail.

She was transported to a local hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
Drivers are advised to proceed with caution through the area while emergency crews clear the area.

Colorado Springs firefighters are responding to a serious crash on Venetucci Boulevard near The Broadmoor World Arena. At least one person is trapped in the vehicle.
Eastbound I-70 has reopened. Chain and Traction Laws are in place.

The driver of the semitruck that ran off the roadway on southbound I-25 south of Fountain has minor injuries. Cargo cleanup is still in progress. The ramp is partially blocked, but still accessible.
UPDATE 8:04 a.m.
Eastbound Interstate 70 is closed at Silverthorne, mile marker 205, due to multiple spinouts.
The Colorado Department of Transportation is reporting travel time from Denver/C-470 to the Eisenhower Tunnel to be 90 minutes.
UPDATE 7:10 a.m.
All lanes of North Carefree and Peterson Road have reopened.
UPDATE 6:15 a.m.
Westbound lanes of N. Carefree Circle and southbound lanes of Peterson Road are closed for crash investigation and cleanup.

A semi has run off the roadway on southbound I-25 at mile marker 124, according to Colorado State Patrol. Emergency vehicle are on scene.
