The owner of Paris Crepe Euro Café at 218 N Tejon St. is opening what he hopes will be a four-star restaurant next door to his crepe store.

Wahid Hafsaoui hopes to open the front section of his French-themed restaurant at 218 N. Tejon St.  Suite 100 by Nov. 1, said Carl Peterson, who owns the building.

The main dinning room, bar area and indoor plaza seat a combined estimated 85 people. A rear dinning area is scheduled to open after the first of the year.

Peterson, who has overseen the remodeling of the building, did not release the name of the new restaurant on Monday. Paris Crepe is closed on Mondays, so Hafsaoui could not be reached for comment.
