The Fremont County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday issued a Most Wanted notification for John Charles Freyta, 46, the man involved in the Jan. 1 officer-involved shooting.

According to the notification, Freyta is wanted for a felony violation of bail bond conditions.

Fremont County Sheriff Capt. Don Pinover said Freyta posted a $15,000 bond Jan.7, and while out on bond, the sheriff's office received two reports that Freyta allegedly violated a protection order. The warrant was issued Friday, Pinover said.
