GRAND JUNCTION — A professional wrestler turned long-haul trucker being investigated for child sex assault in western Colorado has been arrested in Florida.

The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel reports (http://bit.ly/1fZAu9r ) 56-year-old Stephen "Gatorwolf" Ketcher surrendered to authorities in Jacksonville, Fla., on Wednesday.

A Mesa County arrest warrant lists seven counts of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, in addition to seven counts of sexual assault. The alleged abuse of the 15-year-old girl spanned six months, ending in February.

According to profightdb.com, an Internet wrestling database, Ketcher's career with the World Wrestling Federation included bouts with Randy "Macho Man" Savage, King Kong Bundy and Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake in the 1980s.

He is still involved in wrestling camps and promotions in Utah.

A lawyer is not listed on Ketcher's arrest affidavit.
