Former Air Force receiver Hall cut by Kansas City

Former Air Force wide receiver Chad Hall was released Wednesday by the Kansas City Chiefs, who claimed wide receiver Kyle Williams on waivers from the San Francisco 49ers.

Hall appeared in seven games for the Chiefs this season, recording one catch for nine yards. A 2007 graduate of Air Force, Hall has also played for San Francisco and the Philadelphia Eagles. He has 15 career receptions over three NFL seasons.

In three seasons at Air Force, Hall rushed 451 times for 2,606 yards and 21 touchdowns and caught 77 passes for 780 yards and three touchdowns while playing both receiver and running back.
