Sunny skies and mild fall temperatures are not expected to let up for the rest of the week, meteorologists say.
The National Weather Service in Pueblo forecasted a high of 66 degrees and low of 31 degrees Tuesday, dropping slightly to a high of 51 degrees Wednesday, before bouncing back up to a high of 70 degrees Thursday.
Skies are expected to stay clear and sunny with winds between 5 and 10 mph.
"Tuesday will be another mild day across Southern Colorado! Plan for highs in the 60s and 70s again. There will be a few high thin clouds for the afternoon hours to filter the sunshine. It will be a great day for anything outdoors!" Gazette news partner KKTV said. "We will cool down for Wednesday, into the 40s and 50s, but the forecast stays quiet."
