Hang up the winter coats and head outside.

Colorado Springs is expected to be in the 60s through the end of the work week, meteorologists say.

The National Weather Service in Pueblo predicted a high of 61 degrees Thursday and 64 degrees Friday. Though above the normal high of 50 degrees, the city won't pass the 70-degree record temperature for March 8 and 9.

Saturday and Sunday is forecast to be a little colder, with a high of 55 and 47 degrees, respectively.

"Saturday will be a bit cooler and offer more clouds, but temperatures will still be in the 50s and 60s," said Gazette news partner KKTV. "There may be a few snow showers in the mountains, but likely not much down low."
