A man found dead in an apartment complex parking lot Tuesday was stabbed to death, Colorado Springs police said.

The El Paso County Coroner's Office ruled the death a homicide, but police have not yet identified the man, who is believed to be a Honduran national, police said.

The body was found Tuesday morning at the El Vecino Apartments at 1802 Monterey Road, off South Circle Drive, police said. This is the second homicide in Colorado Springs this year.
