El Paso County sheriff's deputies suspect a Falcon School District 49 food service employee had sex with a 17-year-old boy at a party in November 2012.

Deputies arrested Tonya Harris, 34, on suspicion of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, both felonies, according to a release issued Thursday by the sheriff's office.

Investigators learned of the incident in February, but the investigation stalled after a lack of leads, the sheriff's office said.

A tip on Aug. 16 from the Safe2Tell line, however, led deputies to Harris. She was held Thursday night in the El Paso County jail in lieu of $3,000 bail.
