Denver's Historic Brown Palace Hotel sold to Dallas investment firm

Crow Holdings Capital Partners, a diversified investment firm, announced Wednesday that one of its funds has acquired the historic Brown Palace Hotel and Spa and adjacent Comfort Inn Downtown Denver.

The Crow Holdings Fund VI completed the purchase for an undisclosed amount.

An investment group that includes Quorum Hotel and Resorts, a Dallas company that has managed the property for 26 years, sold the property.
