The Denver Nuggets unveiled new uniforms and colors on Wednesday and the reactions from fans have been mixed.
Many have said that the addition of red has made the Nuggets look to similar to the colors of the Cleveland Cavaliers, even comparing the new look to the “Dikembe Mutombo era” of the late 90s. Mutombo began his long NBA career with the Nuggets, from 1991-96.
Early indications on social media from Gazette readers are that the “Mile High City” uniform, which is primarily blue, is a big success.
Fans also seemed pleased that the Denver skyline, which the Nuggets used as their primary logo in the 80s, is again a primary part of the teams look.
Let us know what you think of the look on Facebook and Twitter.
