New York-style pizza is coming to Colorado Springs by way of Denver.

Anthony's Pizza & Pasta, whose nearly two dozen locations in Denver, Castle Rock and northern Colorado have served thin-crust pizza, pasta and salads since 1984, will open its first Springs site on the city's north side.

A franchisee for Anthony's has leased nearly 1,900 square feet in the InterQuest Commons retail and commercial development, southwest of InterQuest and Voyager parkways. A July opening is targeted, said Mick Chesire, co-owner of CVK Electric.
