Elaine Gaye Tubbs

Born July 25, 1955.

Died Oct. 17, 2013.

Real estate agent, longtime Colorado Springs resident. Survived by two stepdaughters, Jennie Barnes and Pam Horswill; her mother, Carleen Robinson; a brother, Craig Robinson; a sister, Carol Robinson; and three grandchildren. Celebration of life service, 3 p.m. Nov. 2, Covenant Presbyterian Church, 2845 Parliament Drive. Swan-Law Funeral Directors.
