Norman "RAY" Cates

Born Oct. 23, 1930.

Retired U.S. Air Force, power plant manager, two-year Colorado Springs resident. Survived by his wife, Verla; three sons, Dennis, Alan Rowley and David; a daughter, Jacqueline Murray; a brother, George; a sister, Fay Sandera; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
