Robert Franklin Campbell

Born Nov. 15, 1934.

Died Feb. 21, 2017.

Operations supervisor at Martin Drake Power Plant, lifelong Colorado Springs resident. Survived by his wife, Barbara; two daughters, Kimberly Bartel and Debra Schutte; a sister, Jean Steinmuller; and four grandchildren. Services pending. Simply Cremation.

Richard Youel Costain

Born April 26, 1935.

Died Feb. 18, 2017.

John Flynn Jr.
