U.S. Navy veteran, and a retiree of Air Force Reserve, longtime Colorado Springs resident. Survived by wife, Bonnie; a son, Matthew; two daughters, Joy Sprenger and Christa Stoner; a brother, Bob; a sister, Carron Davila; and 10 grandchildren. Funeral, 10 a.m. Aug. 12, Faith Covenant Bible Chapel, 1311 Columbine Blvd. Private inurnment, Evergreen Cemetery. Mountain View Mortuary.

Dean Anthony Garcia

Born Dec. 13, 1954.

Died Aug. 9, 2017.

Roofer. Served in the U.S. Air Force, lifelong Colorado Springs resident. Survived by his stepfather, Bob Rogers; a brother, F. Robert "Butch"; and a sister, Darlene A. Cramm. Memorial service, 9 a.m. Aug. 12, The Springs Funeral Services.
