Deadwood bringing tourism consultant back in May

DEADWOOD, S.D. (AP) — A tourism consultant will be back in Deadwood this summer to help the city establish a brand and increase tourism in the Northern Hills community.

Mayor Chuck Turbiville has signed Deadwood's Branding, Product Development, and Marketing Action Plan that will bring Roger Brooks International back to the city.

The Black Hills Pioneer reports (http://bit.ly/1iZOazY) Brooks and his team will conduct interviews and hold sessions to develop strategies to increase tourism and business in Deadwood in an effort to rejuvenate the city.
