The University of Colorado is back on Playboy's list of Top 10 party schools -- coming in at No. 3 -- after topping the list in 2011 and being left off entirely in 2012.

According to a news release from Playboy, CU was behind only West Virginia University and the University of Wisconsin on this year's list.

Playboy said the list was determined by the editors based on data from the National Center for Education Statistics, the NCAA, the U.S. Economic Center and feedback from Playboy social media users.
