A computer problem prevented Ent Credit Union from processing automatic deposit and withdrawal transactions in member accounts for much of Tuesday, the Colorado Springs-based financial institution reported.
The problem was corrected before 5 p.m.,, said Ent spokeswoman Victoria Selfridge. Ent will "make our members whole" on any fees they incur related to delays in processing the transactions, she said.
Ent is the largest credit union in Colorado and the largest financial institution in southern Colorado with more than $5 billion in assets and more than 300,000 members across Colorado's Front Range.
Update: Ent’s online, mobile and telephone banking systems will be unavailable this evening, Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 7 p.m. to midnight.
