Rancid, Dropkick Murphys

Punk rock fans, this show's for you. Ska punkers Rancid, Celtic punk rockers Dropkick Murphys with ska revival band The Selector and hardcore punk performer Kevin Seconds will take the stage at Denver's Sculpture Park at 5:30 p.m. Friday. And if you can't call to mind the Dropkick Murphys without hearing "I'm Shipping Up To Boston" - the theme from the movie "The Departed" - you're not alone. Tickets: $39.95, axs.com.

2 fests in Steamboat

Take a ride to a two-fer of fests in Steamboat this weekend. More than 100 food artisans, wineries, breweries and distilleries will showcase wares at the mountain town's wine festival (steamboatwinefestival.com), which starts at 10 a.m. and runs to 9 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday with costs varying per day and event. It includes the Stroll of Steamboat ($85), a tour down Main Street and along the Yampa River to enjoy wines, beers and spirits at downtown purveyors starting at 8:30 a.m. Friday. The All Arts Festival (steamboatchamber.com), 8:30 a.m. through Sunday, features visual and performance art events, food and workshops in a mountain setting.
