After more than 1 million votes, AskMen reveals its 13th annual "Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2014." Former Castle Rock resident Amy Adams made the cut at No. 8.

Rounding out the top 10 include: Emilia Clarke (#1), Alison Brie (#2), Emily Ratajkowski (#3), Jennifer Lawrence (#4), Emma Watson (#5), Kate Upton (#6), Kerry Washington (#7), Amy Adams (#8), Margot Robbie (#9), and Kate Moss (#10).

The Top 99 poll called on readers to elect women who most closely match their ideals, voting on more than just sex appeal and taking into account other criteria such as character, talent and potential for 2014.

Adams graduated from Douglas County High School in Castle Rock in 1992.

Adams was born in Vecenza, Italy, while her father was stationed at Caserma Ederle.

The press release including the full list of the Top 99 winners is included below.
