It's all about saving history and our museum did an absolutely amazing job after the Waldo Canyon fire. Archivists aren't usually trained how to save burned, melted things, admits the museum's Leah Davis-Witherow. Learn how they archived items from the devastating wildfire. And since this is the 100th anniversary of the Myron Stratton Home, we're guessing there will be some fascinating memories. Share the special morning, which is free but your donations make it one of the museum's major fundraisers, starting at 7:30 a.m. Thursday at the Antlers Hilton Hotel, 4 S. Cascade Ave. RSVP by Monday. Details: 385-5990, cspm.org.
