Police are asking for help in locating a 13-year-old girl who went missing while on vacation in Colorado Springs from Texas.

Adalie Rivera, from Lubbock, Texas, has been missing since early Friday, police said in a news release Sunday morning. She was staying with her family at the Quality Inn Colorado Springs Airport hotel on Aerotech Drive.

Rivera is believed to be wearing a short-sleeve navy blue T-shirt, medium blue denim jeans and red, black and white size-5 Nike sneakers, police said. She was also wearing a neon yellow bracelet on her right wrist at the time of her disappearance.

Adalie is described as 5 foot to 5 foot 1 inch, 115 to 120 pounds with brown eyes. Adalie has brown hair but recently added peroxide to lighten its color and maroon highlights, according to police. The girl has a number of light coffee colored birthmarks located on her arms, legs, back and neck.

She left with no money and has no friends in the Pikes Peak region, police said.

Anyone with information about Adalie’s whereabouts is asked to contact Colorado Springs police at 444-7000.
