Colorado Springs police are asking for help to identify two women and two men they say used stolen credit cards to buy thousands of dollars of Target pre-paid cards.

According to Barbara Miller, police spokeswoman, a wallet was reported stolen at the Panera Bread located at 1845 Briargate Pkwy., on Aug. 1.

Less than half an hour later, the victim found several purchases were made with her credit cards at the Target store in 9670 Prominent Pt., where thousands of dollars of pre-paid credit cards were bought from the store.

Target's surveillance was examined by detectives, showing two women using the victim's credit cards within several minutes of each other, each accompanied by a different man, Miller said.

The suspects were reportedly seen leaving Target in a white coupe or sedan, model unknown.

Anyone with information can contact Det. C. Chenoweth at 444-7233, or police directly at 444-7000.
