Colorado Springs police search for hotel robber

Police were searching for man Monday morning who robbed a Colorado Springs hotel at gunpoint.

Police said the man entered the Ramada Inn Hotel at 520 N. Murray Blvd. at about 5 a.m. He pulled out a gun, according to the desk clerk, and demanded money.

The man ran from the hotel with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police conducted a search, but did not find the robber.

Anyone with information that could help with the investigation should call Colorado Springs police at 444-7000.
