Two bank robbers and a pair of accomplices are on the run after the ANB Bank at 1095 W. Garden of the Gods Rd. in Colorado Springs was robbed Thursday morning.

According to Colorado Springs police, two men entered the bank and demanded money shortly before 11 a.m. Thursday. The men, who police said were not armed, left with two people and an undetermined amount of money in a blue Oldsmobile that was later found abandoned near Old Dutch Mill Road.

Colorado Springs police are looking for any help that could lead to the capture of the robbers. Anyone that can help should call 444-7000.

Police spokeswoman Barbara Miller said, in an email, that a police update will be given at 3:45 about the robbery. "Good news will be announced", her email read.
