A Colorado Springs man was arrested Wednesday after police said he allegedly threatened a woman with a knife and fired a BB gun at a vehicle and a residence.

Quillan Riley Smith, 22, was arrested on suspicion of felony menacing, criminal mischief and reckless endangerment, police said. He was booked into the El Paso County jail and held on $2,000 bond, records show.

At 9 p.m. police received reports of a man, identified as Smith, allegedly threatening another man's wife with a knife and firing a BB gun at the victim's vehicle. Smith then allegedly drove to a home on the 900 block of Hayden Drive, north of East Fountain Boulevard, and fired off more rounds from the BB gun at the residence, damaging the front window, police said.

Anyone with information can call police at 444-7000.
