Tammy Fields has been promoted to chief economic development officer by the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC after spending five years as senior vice president of economic development. She has been with the chamber and the Colorado Springs Regional Economic Development Corp. since 1994, starting as an administrative assistant. She replaces Hannah Mitchell-Parsons, who resigned in December to become CEO of the Exponential Impact cybersecurity accelerator. Fields also serves as vice chair of the Economic Development Council of Colorado.
