Michael Branscum has joined Catholic Charities of Central Colorado as director of income and relief services. He will manage client services, community outreach and the Life Skills and Career Development Center for Catholic Charities. Branscum previously was a clinician at AspenPointe, specializing in severe and persistent mental illness and substance abuse issues. He has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Oral Roberts University and a master's degree in education from Northeastern State University. He is a doctoral candidate in organizational development and leadership.
