Joy E. Hart, behavioral health supervisor and program manager for the Colorado Department of Corrections in Colorado Springs, has been appointed by Gov. John Hickenlooper to the Colorado Behavioral Health Transformation Council for a term ending Aug. 30, 2021. She has been with the department for 12 years and previously worked for Griffith Centers for Children for four years and Pikes Peak Mental Health Center for three years.
