Colorado Springs Movers & Shakers: Dave Niskern

Dave Niskern has been promoted to general manager of the Olive Garden restaurant in the Citadel Crossing shopping center at 513 N. Academy Blvd. He started with the Darden Restaurants Inc. chain in 1997 and was promoted into management in 1999. He was part of the team in 2007 that opened the Olive Garden location in Pueblo. He has a bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
