An alleged fight between two men early Saturday left one with a fractured skull and lacerations to his face and head, according to Colorado Springs Police.

Officers responded to the disturbance in the 4200 block of Deerfield Hills Road about 2 a.m., where they found the injured man but not the second one, who had left the scene.

However, police tracked the man, 23-year-old Emmanuel Young, and arrested him about a mile away on suspicion of 2nd degree assault.
