A 27-year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash Saturday near Austin Bluffs Parkway and Rangewood Drive has been identified as Benjamin Nathaniel Oneal of Colorado Springs.

Police said Oneal was driving a BMW motorcycle eastbound on Rangewood when he struck a right curb and was ejected.

Witnesses told police that Oneal was driving faster than other motorists.

Oneal, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was not wearing a helmet at the time of the 7:40 p.m. crash, police said.
