A local man and woman were arrested in connection with an armed home invasion after a two-day-long collaboration between Colorado Springs police and ATF.

Troy Erickson, 45, and Tara Stamey, 41, were taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County jail, records show.

Erickson and Stamey were implicated in a home invasion on the 2900 block of West Colorado Avenue at 3:40 a.m. Saturday, police said.

Police did not provide information on the alleged crime but said Erickson and Stamey were considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information can call police at 444-7000.
