INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Victor, Colorado will receive Bids for City of Victor Phase 4 Downtown Street and Drainage Project - CDBG #17-503 until 10:30 AM on Friday, the 9th day of March at 500 Victor Avenue, Victor, Colorado 80860 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
