The birth mother, Courtney Lynn Gottlob, of the child has identified you as the other birth parent or possible birth parent. Ms. Gottlob intends to relinquish her parental rights the child on an expedited basis in the Larimer County District Court, State of Colorado, where the adoption agency has an office, pursuant to C.R.S. § 19-5-103.5 in order to make the child available for adoption. Placing a child for adoption requires termination of the birth mother and alleged birth father(s) parent-child legal relationships. The date of notice shall be considered the date of the first day of publication in the newspaper. YOU MAY waive the right to contest the termination of your parental rights and such a waiver may likely result in a termination of your parental rights to the child. FURTHER NOTICE RELATED TO THE EXPEDITED RELINQUISHMENT PROCEEDINGS SHALL NOT BE PROVIDED TO YOU IF YOU FAIL TO ANSWER OR APPEAR AND YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, IF ANY, WILL LIKELY BE TERMINATED BY THE COURT.
