The purpose of this application is to request $35,000 for Operating Funds as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). The request for funding from DOH is to benefit persons with low and moderate incomes by increasing the availability of affordable housing in El Paso County and the City of Colorado Springs. Funds, if awarded, will be used to facilitate the expansion of capacity of permanently affordable rental apartments in Colorado Springs.
