Michael Rueffert, executive director of the Southern Colorado Youth for Christ Ministry, allegedly exposed himself repeatedly to a victim inside his house, and Colorado Springs police now are looking for other possible victims.

Police said they started a criminal investigation last week on Rueffert, who heads an international Christian ministry that reaches out to troubled youth, after receiving a report of unlawful sexual contact. The victim, according to a statement police released, "was in an extremely vulnerable state due to extenuating factors and at the time, dependent on Rueffert for assistance."

Police arrested Rueffert and released him on a summons and complaint for unlawful sexual contact - no consent, a misdemeanor.

Anyone who has information about this case may call police at 444-7000, or Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers, 634-STOP. The Crime Stoppers line does not require callers to give their names, and they could earn a cash reward.
